As a former insurance executive and claims manager, we know the "hurdles" that insurance companies can put individuals through trying to obtain just compensation for their claims. We grew tired of that and now focus my practice on obtaining justice and fair compensation for accident victims in the areas of automobile negligence, premises liability, and construction accidents. Consumer Collections

We have been protecting Creditors' Rights in the consumer collection area for over 35 years in the area of credit card collection, auto deficiency, and many other areas. We am also able to assist Creditors in bankruptcy court, filing Adversary Complaints and Objections to Discharge, and attending Debtors' Examinations and filing and attention Motions for Relief from the Automatic Stay. FDCPA and FCRA knowledgeable and compliant.

Commercial Collections

For over 35 years we have assisted professionals in the collection of their fees, i.e. attorneys, expert witnesses, and real brokers. Also, we can assist with the collection of debts secured by collateral and those claims involving the sale of goods under the Uniform Commercial Code.
